Sandra Day O’Connor’s Hillary Bratlien has been rewriting the school record books during her junior season. The Eagles’ leading scorer, who had 43 points in one game earlier this season, led the team into the Northwest Region tournament this week at Mountain Ridge High School. See the story

Cactus Shadows sophomore football player Taylor Lewan serves up three of the 850 spaghetti dinners Harold’s Corral sold Feb. 8 during a charity event for the Rebecca Gallegos Trust Fund. Lewan and about 40 Falcons players helped Harold’s serve the dinners at the event, which raised around $35,000 for the six orphaned children of Gallegos, who was killed in a hit‑and‑run in December.
