Marriage lecture hosted by St. Rose Catholic church

St. Rose Catholic Church in Anthem invites all married couples to a presentation entitled,

“Marriage: How Do We Navigate?” on Saturday, March 3, from 2‑3 p.m. at the County Regional Library at Boulder Creek High School.

Mrs. Gerry Blakeman, family counselor and minister at St. Patrick’s Church in Scottsdale, will discuss keys to a successful marriage and navigating three problem areas: intimacy, problem solving, and self‑disclosure. Couples of all faiths are welcome. The event is free.

Purim celebration in Mesaincludes a multimedia Megillah reading

Chabad of Mesa is pleased to announce a grand Purim celebration, Sunday, March 4,4‑6 p.m. at the Country Inn and Suites located at 6650 E. Superstition Springs Blvd. in Mesa.

The program is to include a multimedia Megillah reading, buffet dinner, fun and games, as well as prizes for those with costumes.

The event is free.
