Construction is proceeding on the retail center at the corner of Carefree Highway and 27th Avenue. Two buildings, 9,100 square feet and 4,900 square feet, will occupy the two‑acre site with the opening scheduled for May or June. Evergreen Development Co. is in charge of the project.
