Sharing the blame and the shame

I am very disappointed with your decision to print the names of the two eighth‑grade boys involved in the sex scandal at Desert Arroyo Middle School in your paper. (“Students charged with sexual abuse,” The Desert Advocate, March 7). What they did was very inappropriate and they are being disciplined accordingly, but their names should not have be mentioned. Shame on you.
