Council candidates discuss Carefree economic issues

This beautiful Argentine Giant cactus was captured in full bloom in the garden of Cave Creek Museum Director Evelyn Johnson April 6th. The cactus blooms in the spring and the magnificant flower last only one day, Johnson said.
