‘Thank You’ to Carefree Highway do‑gooder

To the kind man with the bicycle and a Hefty bag who I see regularly on Carefree Highway between 7th Avenue and Tramonto, I drive this route daily and I always see you out there picking up garbage. I want to say “thank you!” I appreciate what you do and wanted you to know that.
