Anthem invites non‑residents to visit on money‑making days

I have heard that people in Anthem complain about non‑residents using their facilities and that the community park should be a private park. Then why do they have events like Anthem days that advertise to the public to come and bring your money?

If Anthem is to be for residents only, why is one of the soccer clubs run by a gentleman from Phoenix (a non‑Anthem resident) who charges a large sum of money per child to belong to his club? Is this a personal business using the soccer fields in Anthem?

Christmas lights, art shows, concerts, Anthem Days–it appears that non‑residents are invited to come to Anthem on money‑making days, but please stay away on other days.
