Anthem
open house features 100‑plus homes
ANTHEM
– With all the talk about the Valley housing
market being in a state of flux, many prospective
homeowners might be confused as to what’s available–or
affordable–when shopping for a place to live.
In
an effort to show the benefits of living in
a planned community, First American Title Insurance
Company in Anthem, with the help of a core team
of volunteers, is sponsoring a home tour from
11 a.m.– 4 p.m. June 2–3 to help Realtors and
their home sellers showcase the beautiful homes
available for purchase in the multi‑generational,
master‑planned community.
“We
did this last August as a result of an idea
from one of our Realtors,” says Bonnie Smith,
account
manager at First American. “Our team got together
to run with it and was able to bring it to our
real estate professionals as a way to bring
the public to see our fabulous community with
incredible homes and unique lifestyle.”
Featuring
multiple home styles that include condominiums,
cluster homes, traditional family and award‑winning
country club home sites, homebuyers are offered
a variety of choices to suit their respective
lifestyles.
“Finding
your dream home in Anthem with the lifestyle
that is afforded homeowners here, is unsurpassed
by any other community,” Smith says. “With the
popularity of Anthem, we’ve enjoyed
an unusually low ratio of resale homes available
up until this point. One factor to measure has
always been that a healthy resale market should
not be more than 10% inventory available for
resale to the number of homes built in a community.
Anthem has sold approximately 9,500 homes and
today there were 722 homes listed for sale.”
The
Anthem lifestyle boasts a broad spectrum of
community activities, events, and amenities
such as fitness centers, biking, hiking and
walking trails, golf courses, tennis courts
and swimming
pools. Team sport facilities, a water park,
Daisy Mountain Railroad, performing arts center
and regional library offer something for every
member of the family.
Visitors
will have the opportunity to preview more than
100 Anthem homes and get a firsthand look at
what it’s like to live in there.
“We
were voted Best Master Planned Community in
America by three different professional organizations
for the incredible lifestyle that is Anthem,”
Smith says. “This place we call home is where
you can live, work and play. It’s all true.
“We
enjoy old‑fashioned fun and have access
to new adventures,” she says. “This is a place
to belong. A place where you can be as included
or secluded as you like. To top that, the builder
sponsors fabulous events for holidays and throughout
the year for our enjoyment and the enjoyment
of everyone throughout the Valley.
“We
always hear that you get much more home for
your money living in Anthem,” Smith says.
And think about it, where in the world can
you live in a place that gives you all of
these amenities to use and enjoy just because
you live there? I can’t think of anywhere.”
The
tour begins at First American Title’s “Welcome
Circle” located at 3701 W. Anthem Way, where
information is available, including a list
of homes and a community map. Anthem residents
and business leaders will be on hand to answer
any questions you might have about the Anthem
experience.
“Last
year’s event was a huge success,” Smith says.
“This was truly a community event coming together
to benefit the Anthem community, our real
estate professionals and their sellers. With
the combined efforts of all, we recorded sales,
probable sales, generated traffic to the different
areas in Anthem for resale and new builds,
and promoted our businesses. There were 236
registered visitors to First American Title’s
Welcome Circle, with over 50‑plus volunteers
donating their time, energy and expertise
to make this weekend possible.”
