A
year we’ll never forget
Cactus Shadows athletes experienced the top of the
mountain during the 2006‑07 school year. The
Falcons’ varsity football team (top left) celebrated
the greatest season in school history by going 14‑0
and winning its first state championship at University
of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. The Falcons’ girls
soccer team (bottom left) advanced to the 4A Final
Four, while Lindsay Lareid (right) was a member of
the girls golf team that finished just 6 strokes from
a state championship.
