Thanks for a great circus

An open letter to the Carefree/Cave Creek business community:

On behalf of the Carefree/Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many residents and businesses that supported the Carson & Barnes Family Circus. Local businesses donated circus tickets to area schools and thanks to your efforts, we were able to donate more than 700 children’s tickets to local students who wouldn’t have been able to attend the circus on May 16.

We would also like to thank Mr. Tom Sturgeon, who personally donated 475 children’s tickets to first‑graders in the Cave Creek Unified School District, so they could attend.  The Chamber of Commerce feels strongly that the level of support shown for the last two visits clearly demonstrates that many adults and children enjoy attending the circus, and that it remains a family‑friendly choice for those who support this American tradition.

The circus also helps to promote the Carefree/Cave Creek area, and helps to generate business for our local economy.  Again, thank you to all the businesses and families who made the circus such an outstanding success.
