Cactus Shadows grads set wedding

CLAREMONT, Calif. – Dane Sawyer and Sarah Davis, 2001Cactus Shadows graduates, plan a July 16 wedding in Newport Beach, Calif. The couple met as juniors in high school, when Sarah asked Dane to a Sadie Hawkins Dance.

Both graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of La Verne, where they made university and national Dean’s Lists each semester, and were members of Alpha Lambda Delta and Alpha Chi Scholarship honor societies. Both attend graduate school in Claremont.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, they plan to complete graduate school and pursue college teaching careers.
