DFAC to host 2 late soccer registrations

NORTH VALLEY – The Desert Foothills Athletic Club is scheduled to hold two late‑registration sessions for the fall soccer league next week.

Black Mountain Elementary School, 33606 N. 60th St., will host the sessions from 9 to 11 a.m. on June 16 and July 21. The fall league team is open to players ages 3‑17.

Final skill evaluation and tryout sessions for Junior Elite and Desert Elite teams are scheduled for the weekend of June 22‑23. Specific times, dates and locations for each age division can be found at desertelitesoccer.com.

One sign‑up left in Cave Creek league

CAVE CREEK – The Cave Creek/Carefree Youth Football & Cheer league has one more registration date available for the 2007 season.

The final registration date is July 14 at the Black Mountain Elementary School cafeteria. The session runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
