Citizens of Cave Creek,

Some very ugly comments were made at the last town council meeting regarding my removal as a Cave Creek Planning and Zoning Commissioner.

I chose not to get into a debate on the issues, except to say I believe I was volunteering in the overall long‑term best interests of the town and close with this :

There once was a man from Cave Creek, who seemingly rose... too frequently... to speak.

Sometimes his comments were considered not sufficiently discrete,

as his comments were often viewed as a town critique.

while he loves this town, his future as a commissioner appears quite bleak.

Yet, he still loves this town, and will continue to seek

the best for this town, as he will never be meek, nor weak

on issues facing our town of Cave Creek.
