Phoenix
Fire gives free shots
VALLEY
– Phoenix Fire Department is offering free immunizations
for children every Saturday through the end
of September. Arizona has new requirements for
school immunizations this year, so parents who
are not sure if their children’s shots are current
can call (602) 534‑BABY, ext. 2229, to
have them checked before school starts.
Vaccines
will be given against 13 childhood diseases.
All shots required for daycare, kindergarten,
elementary, middle and high schools will be
available free.
