for our harsh tone

see that you did publish our response to the article
titled: “Water woes affect property values,” The Desert
Advocate, June 28, 2006.
First,
we would like to thank you, and secondly, we would like
to apologize for the harsh comments expressed towards
The Desert Advocate.
We
realize that The Desert Advocate is an unbiased publication,
that merely tries to provide the readers with all points‑of‑view.
The article we objected to was merely stating other
points‑of‑view. Even though we felt the
article caused additional harm to the residents in Desert
Hills, who were already experiencing the hardship of
being without water, we should not have directed our
anger and frustration at The Desert Advocate.
