After
reading your article I could not help but get a little
upset at how DHW (Desert Hills Water Company), as
you call them, has the nerve to say that due to the
company’s efforts, the area is now back to normal.
I
have been a resident on Central Avenue for 10 years
and for the past two months have had to suffer through
the lack of water pressure. It is not back to normal.
The pressure is pathetic.
I
called DHW. They sent someone out to check the pressure
and all they did was leave us a message that said,
“We checked your pressure. You have 40 lbs (per square
inch), so I guess you’re back to normal.”
Well,
we have had 65‑70 lbs pressure for 10 years
which is normal. I would like to know if other people
feel the same. The pressure they say is normal is
just not acceptable.
Before
they extend their system further, I hope someone is
there to make sure that they get our pressure back
to where it should be.
