WestWorld schedules open house

SCOTTSDALE – The community is invited to an Aug. 23 open house to learn more about the new zoning requests for the WestWorld General Plan Amendment.

The meeting is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Silverado Room at the Monterra Restaurant at the WestWorld Site, 16601 N. Pima Road.

The three zoning requests are a Municipal Use Master Site Plan for about 190 acres of land in WestWorld owned by Scottsdale, a rezoning of a six‑acre parcel within WestWorld from single family to Western Theme Park District and a text amendment for the Western Them Park District.
