Zoning language results in long discussion and referral to town council

Mark Lipsky stands across the street from the Sonoran News offices Sept. 21 displaying his thoughts in regard to the following statement printed in the paper’s Your View section a few weeks ago: “Now that we have some low IQ black people, namely rappers, living in Cave Creek they’ve brought with them their penchant for mistreating animals. I’d like to see these people hung from a tree.”
