A 50‑booth art fair presented by Magic Bird Arts & Crafts Festivals will highlight the event. The festival will feature pony rides, a live pumpkin patch, a petting zoo and a variety of games and other children’s activities.

The new Four Winds Toy Store will be open for kids of all ages.

The final day of the festival will be Oct. 31 and children can safely trick‑and‑treat in costume at all Rock Springs stores and art fair booths.

The owners have enlisted hospitality veteran Victor Ostrow, former general manager of Rawhide Western Town, to oversee the project under a new management team.  As executive manager Ostrow is responsible for all redevelopment and improvements on the site.

“My goal is to create a family experience and entertainment venue which our friends close by and along the I‑17, as well as families in neighboring communities, will enjoy,” Ostrow said.  “I‑17 is the only north/south highway, and we want to make sure everyone passing on that road will know about Rock Springs and want to stop.”

Rock Springs is10 minutes north of Anthem and  has been entertaining guests since the early 1900s while serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in an  eclectic western setting.

Famous for its award‑winning pies such as Jack Daniels Pecan Pie and its crumbled topping fruit pies, Rock Spring Pie Co. makes it the treats on site.

A former stagecoach depot,  Rock Springs offers old‑fashioned fun in a unique setting and is a must‑see stop along the along the Arizona landscape.
