Brooklynn Nicolia, 6, romps in the rare snowfall that hit the Desert Foothills on March 11. Hundreds of people flocked to the area over the weekend, some seeing snow for the first time. The Desert Mountain Security Patrol was largely ignored as they pleaded with the revellers to leave because it was private property.
